I am an abstract artist (amongst many other things) inspired by nature and based in Chicago, IL.

A woman with curly gray hair and glasses sitting at a wooden table in a restaurant or cafe, smiling with her head resting on her hand, with a white coffee mug, a glass of water, and a menu in front of her. The background shows large windows with green curtains and outdoor patio umbrellas.

My work is driven by color, texture, and the details I notice in the world around me. Nature — especially water — is a constant source of inspiration, but I’m just as interested in seeing where a color, shape, or idea takes me.

I studied art in college nearly 40 years ago and spent many years creating privately, often gifting pieces to family and friends. Eventually, I decided to share my work more widely. Since then, I’ve released multiple collections of original work and prints — and I’m always working on something new.

One piece especially close to my heart is The Cause. Net proceeds from print sales are donated year-round to Susan G. Komen in support of breast cancer research.

I’m glad you’re here.
